Denise Barrett – Founder

Denise Barrett, Owner of Barrett Solutions IncAs the founder of Barrett Solutions Inc, Denise Barrett offers more than 30 years of experience assisting individuals who own small businesses as well as executives in the corporate workplace.

Whether the need is accounting software setup or training, bookkeeping services, payroll, business management or just simply understanding a financial report, she serves each individual client according to their specific need.

Denise brings her upbeat approach to the training center classes as well as one-on-one consulting in Southern California with offices in San Diego and Dana Point. Denise brings a wealth of experience to individuals in business from her personal experience building a small business, as well as hundreds of business owners she has served over the years.

Denise and her husband Sean have 4 children and 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild!

Bicycling, sewing and the grand kids are her favorite hobbies!


Rachel Sheffield

Rachel has been supporting our team since January of 2006.  Rachel handles all registration of classes and scheduling of one-on-one client consulting and/or training with Denise Barrett.


Karen Reininga, Bookkeeping Manager

We are pleased to have included Karen in June of 2009. Karen offers our clients bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax and QuickBooks Support, in addition to managing the bookkeeping department.


Nicole Clapper

We welcomed Nicole to the team as our in-house payroll specialist. Nicole offers clients telephone support, in-house client bookkeeping & payroll services.
